Groovy and the Gumdrops

A grown-up riff on '60s kids shows like The Banana Splits, Groovy and The Gumdrops follows the adventures of the titular band (Groovy, an ol’ hound dog; Professor Raymond K. Talons, a wise old owl; Neighthan, a cowpoke horse; and Kushie, a six-foot-tall nug of some fiiiiine, fiiiiiine kush) as they attempt to get to their next concert. By the end of act one they’re all hooked on heroin. It’s pretty bleak.
